Do you have HCM system consulting experience and a track record of building strong client relationships? We are looking for a Dayforce Implementation Consultant to join our Dayforce Practice . If you thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment (remotely), where your opinion matters -then we'd love to learn more about you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal team and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Dayforce software
  • Write and execute HCM related test case scenarios to validate configuration
  • Troubleshoot system issues that occur prior or post implementation
  • Analyze client issues and help the team navigate to determine a solution
  • Will relay technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to internal and external teams


Primary Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) implementations
  • A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
  • A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
  • Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
  • Additional relevant certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Compensation Range: $82,400 - $156,200

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
