Base Pay Range: $189,800.00 - $332,200.00 Annually

Group/Division

The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process-from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting worldwide revenue for a large US based strategic account of KLA. This person will collaborate with colleagues and participate in supporting the strategy and execution for driving the sale of KLA products into a range of semiconductor markets.

Responsibilities

They will be part of a team of sales professionals responsible for implementing and executing the sales strategy to meet customer needs.They will develop and strengthen customer relationships in various locations including North America, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore.They will actively participate in mentoring activities to ensure continuous improvement of the sales and support channel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • They will apply proven experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally. They will have led sales efforts and participated personally in meeting team goals. Experience in selling capital equipment into groundbreaking semiconductor customers is important. The understanding of technically sophisticated products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience is critical.

  • Strong foundation in engineering, technology or related business field and 10+ years in sales, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process or process control segments

  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems and process flow

  • Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers

  • Proven leadership and people management experience

  • Applies knowledge of finance to create favorable outcomes for KLA and its customers

  • Effective communicator with the ability to educate, evangelize and influence both internally and externally

  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills

  • Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills

  • Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations

  • Travel domestically and internationally, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience OR

* Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR

* Equivalent combination of education and experience
