Base Pay Range: $126,400.00 - $214,900.00 Annually

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and drive cost reduction initiatives with our suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing operations with a consistent track record of delivering results in the semiconductor industry. This strategic role drives cost reduction effort, leads supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and supports New Product Introduction (NPI) over the entire product life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Drive cost reduction programs to ensure competitive pricing and operational efficiency with suppliers over the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Lead CIP activities, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive supply chain efficiency.

  • Drive supplier development initiatives to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.

  • Manage contract negotiation with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms and cost savings without compromising quality and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure supply chain readiness and alignment with product launch timelines.

  • Analyze market trends and supply chain metrics to find opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.

  • Develop positive relationships with internal customers and external vendors to drive program success.

  • Lead and report on key performance metrics related to cost savings and supplier performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • Semiconductors and or Capital equipment experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, plus business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain operations within semiconductor industry, with a focus on cost management and continuous improvement.

  • Consistent track record of delivering significant cost savings.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multi-functional teams.

  • Strong proficiency in supply chain management systems, software, and tools.
