• Operate embroidery machines, complete adjustments to embroidery setups, program the production sheets into the appropriate machine, and Load thread to match the rotation sheet.
• The team member must read, fully understand and be familiar with the embroidery machine operator's manual and all safety instructions and symbols contained within the operator's manual. The team member must also read, understand and be familiar with all Job Safety Analysis documentation for the embroidery machines, operations, and safety before operating the equipment.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary. This includes but is not limited to stocking, cleaning, facing returns of merchandise to shelves, and performing other duties as assigned or needed.

The Embroidery Operator is responsible for programming the production sheets into the appropriate machine, operating embroidery machines, loading thread to match rotation sheet and inspecting for accuracy, loading and unloading each machine with specially designed jigs that will hold the textile that is embroidered on, inspecting each set out to ensure it meets our quality standards, and to complete adjustments to embroidery setups.

The Embroidery Operator should be able to perform minor machine repairs and keep the supplies and work area clean and organized.
