Job Description

Role Description & Responsibilities:

As a Product Enablement Manager, you will work with the entire Enablement team and other partner teams across our ecosystem (other brands or Industries, marketing teams, technical experts, and Geo-based teams) to ensure we have a plan to drive engagement through our direct and indirect sales channels.

This will include:

Field Engagement and Communication Plans

  • Understand all key audiences and how to reach them
  • Design and drive plans that align with partner groups

Measurement Campaigns (what are we doing, how effective are we)

  • Adept in designing surveys and developing in a tool like SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
  • Adept in visualizing data and finding the "story" in the data

Collateral Management

  • Manage all Assets
  • Own the collateral calendar/plan
  • Track traffic across DS ecosystem, drive more alignment with partner groups

Dashboarding

  • Learn to use our platform and apps
  • Learn to use and customize dashboard tools to share, track, manage all work

Collaborate with Team (each team member has an area of specialization)

  • Operations and project management (as owners of our team reporting and dashboard)
  • Content Development (as creators of content, and messaging experts)
  • Content Delivery (as digitization and branding experts)

This role is hybrid, but requires 2-3 days onsite (monthly) in Waltham, MA, and some travel (domestic and international.)

This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career that wants to grow their career in a large B2B software company. Leveraging your skills and experience (perhaps in a start-up, or smaller tech environment,) you will join the team to program manage a variety of workstreams essential to driving our enablement strategy and proving our results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Language skills:
    • Native English speaker (required)
    • Helpful: Fluency in French
    • Optional: Fluency in other languages
    • Able to travel Worldwide; max 10-15% of the time
  • Past experience in a B2B tech company, in any of these roles is ideal:
    • Sales/Tech Sales/Pre-sales
    • Enablement
    • Product Marketing
    • Customer Success
    • Technical Writing
  • Proficient with technology/able to learn new technology
    • including low-code, no-code tools
