What We DoWhat We Do
Come join our Automated Release Product Suite (ARPS) and Enterprise Observability (EO) teams in the Platform Engineering group as we design and implement new products and services for a modern, automated Continuous Delivery and Enterprise Observability experience for software engineering teams. ARPS designs and delivers custom integrations, and automated Infrastructure and Security solutions across AWS and Azure for Appdev teams to leverage within their CICD platforms. EO designs and delivers an end-to-end observability and analytics user experience with our Unified Visibility platform and other services.

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager II will play a key role in helping us continue and accelerate our innovative approach of building and delivering modern, automated solutions to our internal business partners. Partner closely with technical teams to gather insights, understand current business process, challenges, and opportunities, in order to envision, design and develop technology products. Identify emerging markets, conduct market research, assist in generating product requirements, create product roadmap, and conduct competitive assessments and product positioning. Act as primary contact and product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and user acceptance. Works with business partners to routinely gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met. Leverages deep knowledge of product design and management to help lead the product teams to successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop expertise in the teams' product offerings so that you can collaborate with ARPS/EO managers and teams as well as provide support and guidance to business partners
  • Provide value in the ideation, development and improvements of the team's product offerings to continually enhance our business partners' experience
  • Prepare and launch product announcements, releases and important communications
  • Prepare and present/co-present group or product presentations to executive stakeholders and/or engineering teams
  • Develop ARPS/EO key metrics dashboards for internal or business partners' visibility
  • Research, learn and help adopt new tools and develop techniques to increase performance, automation, scalability, security and cost optimization of products and services
  • Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals
  • Lead efforts in identifying and optimizing cloud costs to achieve desired business value on an ongoing basis
  • Lead quarterly OKR management
  • Participate in defined Agile/Scrum sprint processes

Requirements

  • Great team player with passion for creating products that users love to use
  • Strong interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
  • Leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management
  • High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change
  • Strong experience with modern DevOps principles and practices
  • Strong experience with Agile and UX principles
  • Understanding of software automation techniques/tooling (Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc)
  • Experience with source/version control tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.
  • Experience with enterprise observability/monitoring preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years' directly related experience in a variety of product management roles

**Open to REMOTE candidates within the United States. If local candidate, will participate in hybrid schedule

Pay Range: $86,180 - $191,820 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
