Commercial Excellence in Fugro is part of our growth strategy and is crucial to all parts of our business and in our Region. Commercial Excellence is part of our Strategic Sales and Marketing team. The CE team aims to support all businesses with best practices, market insights, and process-driven continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Americas Regional Director, Commercial Excellence, this individual is a highly valued member of the Fugro's Strategic Sales and Marketing Department and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Campaign solutions. The role focuses on data quality, onboarding new commercial team members, training, reporting, and ongoing assessment of user requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.

  • Administer and maintain CRM solution, including maintenance of data for Americas region, working with business line CRM superusers, to ensure data is up to date for commercial reviews and events.

  • Be the primary contact point for CRM related inquiries in the region.

  • Oversee data quality initiatives recommending standards and clean up.

  • Responsible for the distribution of Fugro.com and Marketo based leads, to the sales teams. Confirm handover and follow up.

  • Onboard new commercial team members to the CRM system

  • Develop and maintain training materials and business rules and procedures for CRM usage.

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance process efficiencies and CRM utilization.

  • Liaise with Global CRM support to troubleshoot integrations with other systems.

  • Generate advanced reports using Power BI.

  • Provide analytics on CRM usage and share success stories.

  • Be the subject matter expert on marketing campaign management solution, and onboard marketing team members.

  • Analyse campaign data and propose improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of Education and experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years working in sales, marketing, or business administration.

  • 3-5 experience of working with a Client Resource Management (CRM) system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics/ Avalon and Adobe Marketo Engage.

  • 3-5 years of experience with business reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

  • Experience with key customer-related IT systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Feedback).

  • Experience developing and delivering CRM training to users.

  • Team player with a collaborative work style.

  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.

  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration and leading meetings.

  • Superb attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Process improvement vision and execution.
