Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The Change Enablement Consultant partners with project teams to enact change enablement strategies for small, medium and large enterprise-level transformation initiatives and strengthen organizational change enablement capability to increase the adoption of new solutions and accelerate value realization of organizational investments.

  1. Manage a portfolio of initiatives requiring change enablement support.
  2. Create and execute change enablement plans, adapted to the change effort, inclusive of relevant planning tools and metrics.
  3. Ensure timely and successful execution of change management plans.
  4. Manage the intake process to assess the change management needs of various enterprise initiatives.
  5. Support Change Enablement training and self-service tools to strengthen organizational Change Enablement capability.
  6. Publish metrics that track the effectiveness of Change Enablement initiatives and alignment with initiative objectives.
  7. Provide data & insights to initiatives with the portfolio and provides guidance for leaders across enterprise.
  8. Liaise with other Change Enablement leads through a Change Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing across change practitioners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Communications, Strategy or related field or equivalent industry experience
  2. Change Management certification

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering organizational change management for leading practice companies
  • Academic and applied understanding of change management fundamentals
  • Strong PC skills including ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions.

Preferred:

  • Systems implementation and experience/exposure
  • Experience leading change in a multi-region environment
  • Experience in partnering with HR and Corporate Communications

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills geared towards simplifying field communication
  • Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • ERP implementation and systems administration experience/exposure
