TRAX International is preparing for expansion of work at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) located on Wallops Island, Virginia, and is seeking candidates with technical and/or range operations experience. To help prepare TRAX for a smooth contract phase in and for longer term positions Managers for this critical mission during contract execution are contingent upon contract award. TRAX is a large business that performs prime contractor services today for NASA at Goddard Space Flight Facility, MD, Wallops Flight Facility, VA and the US Army at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Greely, AK; and in the Republic of Panama. All permanent positions upon award are full-time and have generous health care, 401(k) and vacation benefits. Salaries are negotiable based on specific experience and proven performance. Our TRAX PSM is the full-time, dedicated manager to lead the processing, award, execution, delivery, and close-out for all WRC TOs for Range Operational Support. Duties and Responsibilities The PSM's duties include management of all Range Operation Support TOs. The PSM is responsible for IDIQ and TOMS, ROMS, and Project Support and Documentation. Our PSM interfaces with our customers to ensure WFF is provided the capabilities they require to support their missions. Additionally, the PSM is responsible for evangelizing WFF capability to drum up new TOs (i.e., Wallops funding) and new missions for new clients. Our PSM monitors projects and specifications to ensure project compliance. He/she consults with personnel to obtain or exchange information to accomplish work-related activities and serves as a liaison to resolve project schedule conflicts and delays. This position oversees the development of quality management plans to ensure project and deliverables meet technical/engineering standards, policy, and legal requirements. Our PSM manages all aspects of program planning to include developing project management plans, supporting budget development, identifying resources, aligning project activities, providing project guidance, selecting project management teams, and developing other planning and reporting documents. He/she prepares reports or written assessments to provide project objectives, requirements, scope, or status updates. Our PSM works and communicates with customers to satisfy their expectations and commitment to continuous improvement of quality services. He/she formulates project teams while cultivating work relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of goals and objectives, while conducting project reviews to evaluate progress to ensure project schedules are met. |
