We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to support our growing team in Baltimore office.


The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing and leading a wide range of projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including transportation (highways and bridges), vertical facilities, and public utilities construction. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Serve in lead technical role on specific assignments and lead or review preparation of reports and other project deliverables including CM progress reports, constructability reviews, cost estimates and schedules.
  • Handle all client related required project documentation
  • Perform field inspection and field testing as required by the contract and the client
  • Assume a lead role in managing the execution of various assignments from preconstruction through construction including resource planning, staff hiring and supervision/mentoring, billing, progress reporting and project closeout.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients for initiation and coordination of tasks, including cost, schedule and quality control.
  • Coordinate the efforts of multiple project stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of proposals for new pursuits and lead presentations as applicable.
  • Actively support marketing and business development efforts of the office.


Specific qualifications for the Construction Manager role include the following:

  • Minimum of eight years through progressive roles of engineering, inspection or construction management
  • Knowledge of applicable engineering and construction standards and practices is required
  • Experience in managing construction and supervising inspection staff in the field
  • Experience working on transportation, civil infrastructure, facilities or vertical construction projects
  • Knowledge and experience in project controls, documentation and applicable CM technology tools
  • Travel is required
