We're not all inspirational talk either. We value transparency and communication across our organization with regular crew outings and activities to promote closer relationships amongst the crew.

• Under the direction of the Social Media Manager, you will discover and capture content in form of photos, videos, and written word
• Venture to onsite events to take pictures and videos for our social media content
• Stay on top of new and emerging platforms and suggest ways we can continue to stay on top of the latest trends digitally
• Keep our guests informed on what is new and upcoming by drafting content for marketing emails with exciting and unique content, utilizing best practices for tracking conversations through this channel
• Work with the in-unit crews to coordinate any online components of cross-channel campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions on sales and sponsorship collateral and partner benefit packages, and how social channels can be best utilized

• Commitment to and alignment with the company's core values
• Strong writing skills with a focus on grammar and punctuation
• Mastery of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Photo editing skills preferred
• Be a relentless perfectionist with a positive attitude who has a high level of attention to mastering the minutia and competitive spirit
• Must be able to work weekends and nights!
• 10 hours a week on average
