Vice President, Enterprise Sales needed for a full-time, remote staff opportunity with Yoh. The VP of Enterprise Sales, will act as a business development leader responsible for the the oversight of sales processes, strategies and metrics. Works with sales teams to identify and deliver new opportunities and clients; develop account strategies to deliver annual sales results that exceed company goals and secure long term growth opportunities that align with our company strategy.

The Work You'll Be Doing:

  • Development, implementation and execution of account management and business development strategy for all Yoh MSP accounts. Lead team that will execute this strategy, responsible for growth of existing accounts in matrix organization across Yoh. Expand Yoh presence into new geographies and introduce new service lines. Owns P&L for Unit.
  • Drive recruiting fill-ratio through Sr Directory Delivery and the Strategic Accounts Delivery team to optimize recruiting and overall service delivery to all MSP accounts. Increase fill ratio across MSP accounts. Increase average net spread across MSP accounts.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for MSP partnerships. Responsible for meeting with/attending all MSP vendor meetings, scorecard reviews, conferences, and summits.
  • Lead collaboration with Specialty Practices. Responsible for coordinating and aligning account pursuit and management with all SP leaders for collaboration on relevant opportunities and accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring payment terms are being met by MSP/VMS programs (i.e. DSO standards are met)
  • Serve as new business development sales support and SME for Strategic Accounts sales cycles

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 15 years experience; 10 years experience in staffing industry preferred.
