Overview

Inovalon is seeking a Web Content Manager who will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining web content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

 

The Web Content Manager is an experienced professional with demonstrable content management skills. As a Web Content Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities
    Perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure all web pages are updated, operational, accurate, and error free;
  • Lead maintenance and enhancement of all websites using the CMS;
  • Optimize CMS technology and individual content for SEO;
  • Serve as internal lead with external SEO/SEM agency and eventually manage all SEO, SEM, and content syndication;
  • Add, monitor, and edit content for consistent style and audience appropriateness;
  • Track and interpret performance and usage via Google analytics;
  • Make recommendations to optimize and refine;
  • Provide monthly reports to senior management;
  • Report and resolve technical problems with IT staff and developers;
  • Collaborate with designers to steward the visual brand appropriately for each digital medium;
  • Identify new content opportunities and explore ways to repurpose existing content within and across multiple websites;
  • Respond to feedback and implement appropriate changes;
  • Stay current with best practices and recommend changes;
  • Handle intellectual property and data protection in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Web Development, Marketing, Communications or related field;
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or web content management;
  • 3-5 years of experience with Google Analytics
  • WordPress experience is highly preferred or experience with similar systems such as Joomla, SharePoint, or Umbraco 
  • Drupal experience v8.8 equired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • High energy, enthusiasm and initiative; and
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
