1. COLLABORATES WITH THE PATIENT, SIGNIFICANT OTHERS AND ANCILLARYDEPARMTENTS TO BECOME A MULTIDISCIPLINARY HEALTHCARE TEAM TO PROVIDE CARE THAT IS CONTINUOUS AND WELL COORDINATED: Prioritizes work assignments and adjust to meet changing priorities. Consults and refers to other healthcare professionals. Delegates work to the healthcare team. Plans delivery of care according to patient acuity and staff competencies.
2. PARTICIPATES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCIES AND HIGH RISKOB/GYN PATIENTS.: Calculates and/or administers medications accurately and timely. Maintains proficiency with unit specific equipment, troubleshoots and reports malfunctions promptly. Accurately triages patient calls. Reviews and triages results of diagnostic tests. contacting patients with results.
3. PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PATIENT CARE ACCORDING TO ORGANIZATIONAL POLICY AND PROTOCOL: Reassess patient condition per policy. Interprets and utilizes clinical data in the plan of care. Assesses patient for risk factors. Recognizes and integrates patient special needs and individualizes care. Adheres to infection control standards specific to patient care. Responds effectively in an emergency situation so that the patient's immediate needs are addressed.

• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• BLS Certification (Required)
• State Registered Nurse License (Required)
• 0 - 1 year Experienced in Phlebotomy, IV's Home care and insurance referrals (Required)
• 2 - 4 years Experience in Fetal Monitoring and interpretation (Required)
• 2 - 4 years OB/GYN experience (Required)
