What You'll Do:
The Accounting Specialist will be an integral part of our corporate accounting team, providing support for the timesheet, billing, and account payable/receivable (backup) functions of the company. This position has the opportunity to evolve as ASEC grows.
As the Accounting Specialist, your primary responsibilities will be:
Timesheet Administration Responsibilities:
We have a semi-monthly pay schedule with timesheets due on the 15th and the last day of every month. The Accounting Specialist will be very involved with the timesheet processing process as follows:
Billing Responsibilities:
Providing back-up support to the Accounts Payable team with the following:
