Part-Time Sales Representative

The Washington Redskins are seeking highly motivated, energetic professionals to join their Ticket Office on a part-time basis as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Title:

Part-Time Sales Representative (Landover, MD)

Principal Job Functions:

To provide assistance and support at the Ticket Office.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to customers and prospects relating to various marketing ticket initiatives
• Updating customer information in database system
• Assisting in the collection process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer sales experience
• Above average telephone and communication skills required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills required
• Experience with pro sports ticket selling a plus
• Basic computer skills required
